Coloured Consultancy (CoCon) is in 1991 door Fica Djohani opgericht als bureau voor projectmanagement, advies en training in multi-etnische woon-, werk- en leersituaties.
Onze professionals en vrijwilligers richten zich op het oplossen van problemen rond conflict, overlast en communicatie tussen buren of buurtgenoten. Met ruim 25 jaar ervaring hebben wij behalve vanuit passie, met visie, kennis en kunde hebben wij al vele duizenden bewoners geholpen en honderden vrijwilligers getraind. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn gemeenten, woningcorporaties, instellingen en organisaties door heel het land.
CoCon heeft zich in haar ruim 25-jarig bestaan ontwikkeld tot een expert op het gebied van de aanpak van woonoverlast door middel van dialoog, specifiek in de vorm van een Nationale en lokale advieslijnen woonoverlast, Buurtbemiddeling en JOLO Jongerenbuurtbemiddeling. CoCon staat in deze segmenten bekend als pionier, specialist, deskundig, innovatief en ervaren.
