Since the early ‘90s we have the privilege to work with leading organizations across the private, public and social sectors, with individuals and teams to support them in their processes of change, growth and leadership development. Our purpose is to work side by side with organizations to support people to uncover their unconscious mind-sets, to identify the root causes of their consequent behaviors that are the biggest block to successful transformations in order to enable a contest of co-creation, trust and value. Our process consists in becoming aware of our unconscious mechanisms, to then decide to take full ownership and responsibility of our counterproductive behaviours and transform them according to the life we want to create and the Vision we want to achieve. This is our concept of Leadership. Our keywords are: Responsibility – to be aware of our mind-set and to shift to a creative state, focusing on our qualities and resources and being inspired by our deep aspirations. Freedom of choice – to pursue at any time our inner aims, tapping into a wider range of possibilities granted by a new developed perspective. Trustworthiness – to rely primarily on ourselves to fulfil our vision, free of our old patterns, beliefs or unfounded assumptions that hinder us. Consistency – to walk the talk and identify specific KPIs to attain our business and personal goals. Our methodology - built on a 20+ years-experience - is a structured process dedicated to the individual, to teams and to organizations as a whole, based on workshops combined with personal and business coaching.
