Codchem (PVT) LTD

Established in 1989 and registered in Zimbabwe, Codchem is a privately owned indigenous company. The business started as a family project and now employs other professionals. It was established in 1989 as a complementary project that supported the gaps created in the food and beverage industry in the pre-independence era, but has now grown from strength to strength locally. It has spread its wings to neighbouring countries in the last two years and intends to go further than the SADC region. In Zimbabwe, Codchem is the largest local manufacturer of food additives. This gives Codchem a competitive edge in terms of flexibility due to proximity to customers and locally available technical service back up.
