I work in an agile and collaborative way. You’ll find me partnering with an existing team or design agency who don’t necessarily have the digital expertise in-house. Alternatively, I’ve been known to build a team from the ground up, leveraging my network to hand pick the best minds for the job at hand: from photographers, branding experts, digital designers, copywriters, developers to packaging specialists. I’m finding this gives me flexibility over more traditional models of working. I’m motivated by joining a business on their journey (wherever that may be), developing a long standing relationship that will help them to grow.
