Code Black Psychology

We are an interdisciplinary team of experienced practitioners providing services to (1) care teams supporting persons with complex psychosocial disabilities with persistent risks of harming themselves and others, and (2) organisations seeking expertise in the resolution of complex and protracted disputes and complaints as well as opportunities to enhance psychological safety. We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, social workers, allied health professionals, and legal practitioners. Through teamwork we provide complex case consultations, diagnostic reviews, care team support and coordination, behaviour support and change, bespoke training and advice on policy and framework development. Our approach is working collaboratively with our clients by bringing our core values of confidence, curiosity, and integrity to every case. We create confidence and clarity by empowering brave decisions based on knowledge, creativity, and collegiality. We embrace the challenge of creating novel insights through curiosity, empathy and lateral thinking. We use integrity to live and value authentic relationships with our clients and the complex persons they support through respect and trust.
