CODE Infrastructure Group was founded and incorporated in February 2013 in Uganda, as a multi-disciplinary and versatile team of Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers & Project Managers focused on delivering turnkey design and construction solutions. The senior management team comprises of three directors with over (20) years combined experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction supervision. The group brings together a wealth of knowledge and expertise, characteristics that are key in ensuring the successful execution of projects in the built environment. Over the years we have been responsible, directly or as part of bigger teams, for undertaking and implementing some of the most iconic building developments in Kampala, and Uganda at large, as well as other markets in the region like Juba in South Sudan As such, we provide coordinated solutions covering Architecture, Engineering, Procurement, Construction management, Cost management and Quality Control. From time to time we develop bespoke, tailor made solutions to suit specific client problems regarding a range of infrastructure projects. To this end, we hire and work with the best expertise worldwide in various corresponding and associated disciplines to ensure client specific objectives are attained consistently. We focus on and emphasize the pooling together of diverse knowledge bases and varied experience within the built environment to provide ideal end to end solutions to our clients. This is our strength and competitive advantage.
