CODHERS is the pioneering women-led club at SMIT, dedicated to empowering women in technology and leadership. At CODHERS, we host a variety of technical events and workshops, providing hands-on learning experiences and skill-building opportunities. Our events also include industrial training sessions that connect our members with industry professionals and expose them to real-world applications of their studies. In addition to technical learning, CODHERS is committed to community outreach and engagement, organizing events that foster inclusivity and encourage more women to pursue careers in technical fields.
