CODP TISS Mumbai

The M.A. Social Work in Community Organisation and Development Practice (CODP) program aims to train development practitioners who can address the concerns of marginalized communities and promote people-centered development. The curriculum includes coursework, field education, and social research. Graduates can work in various settings, including government and non-governmental organizations, trade unions, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. They can also engage in self-initiated work and contribute to policy practice and advocacy.
