Centre of Excellence for Aspiring SMEs (CoEAS)-A Joint Initiative of IFCI and FISME

The Centre of Excellence for Aspiring SMEs (CoEAS)—a pioneering initiative by IFCI Ltd. (a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Finance) and FISME ( Federation of Indian Micro & Small and Medium Enterprises. CoEAS is a specialized platform dedicated to empowering small and mid-sized enterprises in areas of technology transfer, raising funds and financial and ESG advisory. CoEAS facilitates strategic collaborations, technology transfers, and joint ventures with East and Southeast Asian countries primarily focusing on Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Germany. As a unique matchmaking platform, we bridge Indian and international companies for joint ventures and technology partnerships. Additionally, CoEAS supports SMEs in raising external equity (private and public) through IPOs, venture capital, and other financial avenues, while also providing advisory services in ESG, grant facilitation, and government schemes. We hand-hold the SMEs and make them External Equity Ready.
