Corporación Empresarial de Materiales de Construcción, S.A. (“COEMAC”), is a business group present in over 40 countries, whose main activity is the manufacture and sale of building materials for use in the building and civil works markets. COEMAC strategy is articulated through three pillars: (i) have a distinguishing portfolio of products and services, with high added value for each of the participants in the life cycle thereof, (ii) international diversification of our business, and (iii) efficiency in operations and business processes. COEMAC is composed of two main business units, Gypsum and Adequa, which holds all or most of the capital and where each unit manages its products through trademarks. - Gypsum: using trademarks Pladur® (Plasterboard and drywall systems) and Algíss® (Plasters and casting plasters) - Adequa: using the trademark Adequa® (PVC plastic pipes and fittings for infrastructure and building sectors) In 2015, COEMAC's turnover was 130 million euros, of which 75% were generated in Spain and 25% in different international markets. COEMAC is listed on the Spanish stock exchange and its headquarters are located in Madrid.
