CoffeeLife is a digital platform that caters to all industry stakeholders, although most of the focus is on the relationship between coffee lovers and the community of retail coffee vendors. Other focus areas include education of coffee lovers, provision of industry information and access to coffee and related products. CoffeeLife’s primary focus is in the provision of an innovative mobile application based coffee and hot beverage order and pay system, which incorporates real time ordering and payment coupled with intelligent navigation, messaging and analytics all aimed at delivering a frictionless customer experience. The platform consists of 2 components, namely a mobile app based solution for coffee lovers wanting to locate and order and pay for their favourite coffee and secondly a mobile app based solution for coffee vendors which manages workflow and user/order authentication and other administrative functions such as reporting and menu management.
