I have over 35 years experience in the martial arts, sports health and fitness industry.
I have taught professionally both in studio and private lesson environments over 18 years. I hold a black belt rank in Tang Soo Do with the Chuck Norris Karate System.
I have pursued and held rank in: Jeet Kune Do, American Kenpo Karate, American Karate, Tang Soo Do, Chun Kuk Do and Musashi Do martial arts. My lineage stems from Bruce Lee, Ed Parker and Chuck Norris. I have trained many students including military, Special Forces, law enforcement and security personnel, celebrities, actors, professional stunt performers and martial artists from the beginner to the most advanced students of various martial arts styles and systems worldwide. I conduct and teach many types of classes and seminars in self-awareness, self-defense, exercise and fitness, motivational and safety. I specialize in teaching martial arts, stretching and yoga techniques for any age group and or physical ability. I also can teach weapons from primitive to modern firearms for qualified students.
