But Coffree is more than just a cup of free coffee handed out on campuses. Coffree has created a new way for recruiters and students to communicate with each other online and offline.
The Coffree cups become a space for recruiters to 1) inform students on events and application deadlines, and 2) challenge their intellectual curiosity by asking a case question. It keeps students informed, provides them with a 'taster' of the relevant industry, and prepares them for the interview.
Students respond online. Coffree invites their social networks to join the conversation. The student whose input receives the most 'Likes' will meet the recruiter one-on-one over coffee.
