Situé à Saint-Pierre, la COGEDAL, créée en 1973, est l’unique moulin de l’Ile de la Réunion.
En 2014, il a laissé place à un nouveau moulin qui intègre toute la technologie moderne en termes d’automatisation, de contrôle de la chaîne de production et de qualité des produits finis. Grâce à cette technologie, la COGEDAL continue à garantir une production locale d’une gamme élargie de farines, de mix et d’améliorants de produits de boulangeries, exclusivement commercialisés dans la zone Océan Indien.
Depuis 50 ans, la COGEDAL développe son expertise et lance régulièrement de nouveaux produits, notamment au travers de sa marque « Le Meunier de Bourbon ».
Les collaborateurs de l’équipe COGEDAL produisent de la farine consommée sur l’Ile de la Réunion à partir de blés d’origine française et contribuent au développement du tissu industriel réunionnais.
