The creation of this business unit has been designed to offer to all customers the best service and a vending market oriented technical assistance in this constantly evolving field.
Coges Mobile Solutions has developed Pay4Vend (www.pay4vend.com), an app to make purchases from a vending machine via a smartphone.
Operation is extremely simple: the customer has simply to open the app Pay4Vend on his smartphone, select the preferred vending machine and purchase from the distributor. Pay4Vend will scale the amount due from the credit stored within the application, which can be recharged with coins and banknotes on the distributor itself or by credit card or PayPal.
The Manager may, in turn, send messages and promotions that will appear directly on the user's smartphone, opening a new channel of communication that the vending operator can easily manage through the intuitive web interface . There are also many additional features and information available to the consumer, from the list of ingredients to the ability to receive alerts about the presence of producte containing allergens in the product of the machine selected.
Pay4Vend overcomes the limitations of traditional smartphone applications, working perfectly without internet access and making it so suitable for any type of location. Moreover, it do not need vending machine internet connection nor the installation of additional readers: Pay4Vend works with any vending machine equipped with a system Coges Engine or coin Unica.
