I have considerable previous experience providing CBT in primary and Secondary NHS settings, and 10 years experience providing private CBT.
I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP: 090911), a registered Social Worker with the Social Work England SW92275). EMDR, UK and Europe trained and qualified EMDR Psychotherapist, and member of the EMDR UK and Ireland Association.

The aim is to help you understand your problems from a new perspective which is the start for getting you back in control. We will then work together in identifying and introducing solutions for you to make changes for life.
I am qualified in a range of therapeutic approaches which allows me to respond thoughtfully and flexibly to each person’s experiences. My work is informed by a knowledge of current research which indicates which approaches are most effective for specific problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma and OCD. All therapy takes place in the context of a confidential and supportive professional relationship in which you can learn to understand your difficulties, create choices and make changes.
