Studies have also shown that exercise increases fitness, physical function, cognitive function, and positive behaviour in individuals with dementia and other mild cognitive impairments. Our primary focus is to provide cognitive stimulating exercises to seniors with dementia. CCS embraces a model of person-centred care that includes respect, compassion and dignity.
