As well as clients in the private sector we also provide data management services for public sector customers; at the last count we were managing solutions for 93 councils in England and Wales, as well as a number of police forces and universities. We also provide highly efficient managed solutions in which we supply all hardware, software and services solutions to clients. This includes defining and monitoring business processes, bringing visibility up the chain so we can solve problems early, providing daily reports on success and failures, managing hardware and implementing fast-fixes of any back-up problems. We current manage 300+TB of data and 500 plus servers for one of our managed service clients.
