Our goal at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) is to help organizations meet their human resources and organizational development needs. We draw upon the expertise and experience of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) faculty, graduate project associates, and consultants. Our strategy is grounded in industrial and organizational psychology principles and applied research to improve the lives of people and the effectiveness of organizations. We are committed to providing customized, quality services that help our clients to continuously improve their organization. COHRE is able to enhance the performance of academic, government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations with a variety of consulting services. Our projects range from small, round-table workshops, to multi-year efforts that take advantage of vast faculty and associate resources.
