CoLab Consulting Group was formed in 2015 by highly experienced urban strategists and management consultants Hugh Mulcahey and Mike Duff to give organisations practical, strategic support. Our founding members have worked together since 2010, are integrated within the professional and academic communities, and our wider group of on-call consultants are all senior specialists, and number in the hundreds. Our clients are looking for help with strategy, major change and assurance as they embark on complex projects in the built environment, from the scale of a building, to a small country. We provide relevant, tailored, backup rather than formulaic solutions and unread reports. The core team are “T-people” - consultants who combine breadth across many sectors, with in-depth expertise in their fields. We produce business cases beyond simple numbers - considering the economic, social and environmental facets of projects. We are supported by a network of technical and academic experts in a wide range of fields.
