Colas is an independent road surfacing company based in Wiri, Auckland.
We design and manufacture our own asphalt mixes through our Astec Rap King 150t/hr asphalt plant.
All mixes are tested to relevant council and Waka Kotahi standards and are approved for use. Our mixes cover all binder types and aggregate sizes. We have our own internal lab resource managed by our Technical Manager Dr Greg Arnold.
We have state of the art, modern pavers and rollers and our crews are safety conscious and produce excellent quality of work. We have the ability to do any type of work from small carparks and driveways to motorways.
Colas also has profiling ability and we have our own Wirtgen W150 milling machine.
We also have a dedicated membrane crew as well as a full chip-seal crew with modern sprayer and trout river trucks.
Colas holds a Waka Kotahi pre-qualification level of 2A - Surfacing Works
