Contact : gc@gcap.fr Gabriel Colboc is the founder of Colboc Avocats, a law business firm based in Paris specialized into industrial innovation, industrial partnership and sustainable finance (ESG). He was born in 1967. He is graduated in business law from the University of Paris Saclay and from Sciences Po Paris. Before joining the Paris bar in 1997, Gabriel worked as an adviser in corporate and financial communication for the CAC 40 and major European companies in the industrial and financial sectors. As a lawyer, Gabriel started his carrier in the French-American law Firm Salans Hertzfeld Heilbronn in Paris (now Dentons) in business and corporate law. He founded his own law firm specialized into business law, international business law, IP transfer and industrial alliances (life sciences and health sector including biotech and medtech, digital sector, public-private partnership) and real estate. Gabriel also works in partnership with key players (academic and research actors, banks and investment funds) involved in entrepreneurship, innovation programs dedicated to start-up/scale-up based in the Paris Region.
