We invest in middle-market companies in North America, South America, and Europe. Investment typical size is $20M-$150M, but larger investments are possible through co-investment. We target companies which are OEMs/Manufacturing, in service/installation, and in wholesale/distribution. We seek equity-control and are active in business transformations and roll-ups.
We see large opportunities in the HVACR space due to macro-fundamentals, margin runway, current industry disruption, and general downside protection.
