ColdPressed leverages the TractionGap(™) framework, developed by Wildcat Venture Partners, to assess and provide prescriptive how-to’s focused specifically on market-engineering techniques. While all projects are customized for the individual client, the same process is followed with each engagement: Assessment: We’ll conduct a Traction Gap assessment with key company stakeholders to identify gaps in the go-to-market strategy. Executive Sponsor: We work closely with the executive sponsor to determine and prioritize what programs need to be implemented. During this phase, a detailed plan is developed with associated KPIs. Playbook creation, training & execution: In this phase we create the required playbooks, train the client team, and lead its execution where necessary. Here we focus on revenue, systems and team pillar to hit each stage of the Traction Gap.
