With 11 meter CNC routers in Atlanta, Georgia USA and Kil, Sweden, Coldwater offers four grades of UHMW from virgin to near ceramic quality. Large inventories of raw materials and t-bars are on hand to provide quick deliveries. Coldwater manufactures the Fab-Curl edge control system to eliminate stock leaks on the table and manage waves. The system can improve basis weight, moisture and TSO angle profiles and is easily removed for wire changes and adjustments. Coldwater Doctor Blades are made in the US and Sweden, and supported by our field Technical Services team, who can also provide headbox inspections and services. Our machine clothing cleaning products include the ezEco Smart Cleaner for wires and felts, and the PCA passivation system for felts and dryer can surfaces.
