With a moto to reduce the environmental burden of buildings, our vision is to link environmental & architectural design to achieve a self-sufficient, net-zero on resource built environment. COL.EAD is an environmental design & architecture consultancy focusing on a sustainable built environment towards resource efficiency and high performance. We extend design support to develop buildings with minimum energy consumption and lowest carbon footprint. We design and assist architects, urban designers & planners, and policymakers to create high-performance design solutions across varied typologies & scale from single-family homes, factories, IT parks to townships. Our 'potential to performance (p2p)' design process facilitates integrated sustainable building design & operations. We provide sustainability services ranging from passive design to optimization & integration of high-performance HVAC systems and extend uptil building energy management. With the technical expertise in building physics, we use advanced building simulation tools to provide sustainable solutions across all stages of design that reduce annual energy use & maximize comfort, health & wellbeing. Thus, reducing both CapEx & OpexEx because green buildings do not cost more.
