Colibri Resource Corp is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted, development of gold, silver, copper, molybdenum and other metal deposits in Mexico. The Company operates through the segment of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties located in Mexico. Its mineral property interests are the Colibri Property, the Leon Property, the Ramaje Ardiente (Ramard) Property and the Evelyn III Property. The Colibri Project is located within a district of northern Sonora that includes approximately 10 gold deposits, including La Herradura, Noche Buena and El Chanate. The Leon Property is approximately 3, 000 hectares and located in north-central Sonora, Mexico. The Ramard consists of a cluster of mineral concessions encompassing over 4, 000 hectares in the central part of the state of Sonora, Mexico. The Evelyn III Property claim has approximately 500 hectares and located in northwest Sonora, Mexico.
