Collaborative Planning and Engineering Associates (CPEa) was an alliance of engineers and planners. Our group was made up of experienced engineers and planners who had been consulting for many years. CPEa's consultants focused on the fields of: - Wastewater and stormwater - Water supply - Water recycling - Solid waste management CPEa’s team of consultants assisted clients in many types of projects, including: - Strategic investigations and planning such as Strategic Business Plans, Waste Management Strategies, servicing strategies and the condition assessment of aged assets. - Delivery of strategies - Project management - Asset Management - Preparation of specifications for design, construction and services contracts. - Sustainable pricing of services such as annual access and usage charges; and developer charges. This includes long term financial planning.
