Collaborative Divorce Illinois is a group of more than 150 credentialed professionals dedicated to empowering spouses going through a divorce with the information, resources and support they need to restructure their family in the healthiest way. CLII Fellows are Illinois attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial specialists who are trained and qualified in the Collaborative Law process. CLII’s goal is to help spouses navigate the difficulties of separation and divorce in a supportive, sensible, considerate and constructive way; with the least amount of emotional damage, financial loss, and family discord. CLII’s mission is to advance and promote the practice of Collaborative Law by: • Informing the public and courts of the benefits of Collaborative Law • Educating attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial specialists with the latest and most effective techniques to practice Collaborative Law
