CollabWork is a coaching, collective intelligence and HR consulting firm founded by Christine Sausse. CollabWork dedicates its activity to the development of human-centered practices within teams, organizations and more broadly ecosystems (interconnected sets of stakeholders). In answer to your issues regarding purpose, team commitment, leadership, skills development and transformation, we develop tailored collective experiences able to nourish the inner work of each and develop the talent and potentialities of all. At CollabWork, we are convinced that you have the capacity to solve your problems, to find your own solutions and to invent your future, if the conditions are met to do so: safe space, slow time, respectful processes, acknowledgement of feelings, emotions and thoughts in the moment.
