Collateral Heritage provides the knowledge of expertise, offering not only a consultancy service for the selection of artists, but also monitoring the production and maintenance process of the work under construction - Obra na Construção. We can help you value your investment, highlighting your company's ESG values in building the city of tomorrow by: - Helping in the selection of the artist and work, together with the architects in charge and within the project lines; - Following the entire process - production, installation, preventive conservation - in collaboration with the artist and legal support; - Valuing the project during the construction phase of the manufactured product through the creation of exclusive events, for a unique experience for customers/investors - such as meetings with the artist, communication of the production process of the artistic work, or ephemeral art during construction. - Creating a long-term collaboration and building corporate communication. CHARTER OF PRINCIPLES - The signing of the Charter of Principles and Partnership of Values gives its signatory the right to claim the title of member of the “Obra na Construção” program, recognizing the quality approach that it has been undertaking.
