Our journey began with a simple realization that all people should be able to access their rights based entitlement. It involved research, speaking to community members, local leaders, government officers and NGOs working in the welfare space. With support from Graduate Institute Geneva and several experts some of which are part of our advisory board now we were able to formally establish our NGO, Collective Action Against Poverty (CAAP) which works to improve access to social welfare scheme which can act as the first step out of poverty and upward social mobility.
