My professional expertise highlights the intersections between public health policy, health economics, and social development research. Passion and expertise converge when I address complex health challenges, whether developing a roadmap for combating Anti-microbial resistance or identifying opportunities for integrating TB diagnostics innovations into national programs.Currently a Senior Associate at the India Health Fund, an initiative by Tata Trusts and The Global Fund, I provide strategic guidance and manage grant funding for digital and diagnostic innovations addressing pressing challenges in the infectious disease space. I am committed to ensuring that innovations align with public health priorities and integrate into the health system for improving public health outcomes. This is achieved by:- Refining product strategies as per the need gap of national disease elimination programs - Facilitating collaborations with key stakeholders - government bodies, civil society organisations and impact investors.In February 2022, I co-founded an NGO (Collective Action Against Poverty) dedicated to driving social change by improving the last-mile delivery of social welfare schemes through community support, curating evidence-based research to facilitate discussions among policymakers and creating opportunities for upward social mobility.My commitment to empowering marginalised communities and driving sustainable social change is also reflected in my work as co-founder of Project Connect. This won the highly prestigious 2022 Geneva Challenge global award for humanitarian research. The implementation of this project developed key leadership skills:- Securing funding and forging partnerships- Navigated the intricacies of project implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and positive impacts on rural households. - Fostered collaboration and inspired teams to achieve their full potential.At the core of my work is a deep-seated belief in the power of communities and the next generation to drive social change.
