Partners, Candice and Vinney Arora, Welcome you to The Arora Collective. Vinney Arora, launched The Arora Collective in 2018, after a two decade career with nonprofit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his experience, these nonprofits shared similar barriers negatively impacting their progress. These common challenges were that of leadership retention, and sustainable funding. Vinney cares deeply about helping organizations find effective solutions to overcome these barriers. In 2021, Dr. Candice Arora joined The Arora Collective as Partner, drawn by TAC’s impactful work with social impact organizations. With decades of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, Candice brings a unique social-emotional approach and a transformative vision for executive coaching, strategic planning, and educational support services. She empowers organizations to think creatively, build lasting brand legacies, enhance professional capacity, and cultivate leadership effectiveness. Together, Candice and Vinney lead The Arora Collective with a talented, visionary, diverse, and mission-driven team.
