The Collega Group provides capability development and research services for higher education, research, public sector and non-profit organisations. We engage with individuals, organisations and communities of practice to add value to their activities through service delivery, projects and partnerships. Through The Collega Institute we do this through supporting: - Evidence-based decision-making; - Stakeholder engagement; - Recognising and promoting quality and good practice; and - Supporting sound organisational governance. The Collega Group takes its name from the etymological origins of the term colleague in the Latin collēga.
