We’re Natalie and Kyle - two passionate educators with over a decade of experience helping students turn uncertainty into direction. We’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the U.S. education system can be - especially for first-generation students, immigrant families, and anyone trying to figure it all out without a roadmap. Our work spans universities, community colleges, and federally funded programs like Upward Bound. We’ve supported students in STEM, social sciences, behavioral health, and more - guiding them through major decisions like choosing a field of study, applying to competitive programs, and finding smart ways to save on tuition. What makes us different? We lead with empathy and strategy. Using strength-based coaching, motivational interviewing, and appreciative advising, we meet students and families where they are - and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Too many students fall through the cracks because they don’t get the guidance they deserve.
