Collett Search & Selection is an executive search consultancy that was founded in 2008 by Nanna N. Collett. She has broad experience in HR, recruitment and restructuring processes and has been in the business for almost 20 years. Since our establishment we have provided services to a large number of complex projects in both the private and public sectors. We recruit people to various specialist and executive roles through either the advertisement of posts or an active search. We also assess internal candidates and teams or can undertake an objective assessment of shortlisted candidates that the clients have chosen.
Our processes are transparent and verifiable and are carried out with respect, consideration, discretion and, as required, confidentiality.
The test tools we use are of the highest calibre and have been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the Swedish Foundation for Applied Psychology (STP), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and DNV.
For overseas companies we recruit Norwegian specialists with leading expertise in various different fields. Similarly, we recruit foreign specialists for companies in Norway. Efficient, goal-oriented processes are ensured through our solid, established network of excellent international partners.
