Francisco had moved to Vienna in 2012 with the clear idea of founding the best Spanish restaurant in the city. He first set up Lola in district 1 and then perfected his restaurant model with the Hans in Leopoldstadt. Over the years he realized that another Spanish concept was still missing in the city and together with other partners he founded COLONO, an innovative concept that combines the retail and restaurant sector with the aim of providing the best experience around the Spanish delicatessen.
