ColoQuick was established as a trademark in 2008 from Calvex A/S (est. 1992) as an innovative business, focusing on dairy calf nutrition. In 2009 we launched the very first Colostrum Management System on the market.
Founder and CEO Brian Pedersen has been working with calves for more than 25 years. ColoQuick have already changed the life of thousands of dairy farmers in more that 50 countries.
In Denmark, that holds the most efficient milk producers in the world, more than half of all calves are born with a ColoQuick system.
At ColoQuick we strive to develop high producing milking cows, with increased longevity, in the global dairy industry.
We want to show that there is an enormous unprecedented potential in optimizing production in a sustainable way.
With our ColoQuick system we optimize the calf`s first meal. A calf is born without an active immune system - the immune system is then activated by absorbing antibodies from the milk harvested right after birth, called colostrum. The more antibodies the calf absorbes – the better immune system, which results in a healthier calf and eventually in a higher producing milking cow. ColoQuick makes sure all calves receives as many antibodies as possible – simply by working smarter. We call it Intelligent Immunity.
We operate as an integrated full value-chain company, from development via manufacturing, to marketing, sales and distribution of user experience to consumers globally. We do this through a variety of channels; via highly skilled consultants , digital platforms, educational content, and as much direct interaction with dairy farmers globally as possible.
