Color Cruiser

Color Cruiser is an art and craft store specializing in batik silk painting kits. Founded by two teenpreneurs, Katelyn and Ashley Boudeville, in May 2017, its mission is to spread the art of joy(TM) through creativity. Color Cruiser is bringing batik, a traditional art form that goes back more than 2,000 years, into the 21st century. Batik is an art from that's popular in many parts of Asia like Malaysia, Indonesia, and India, and now, it's available in an easy DIY kit in the United States. Color Cruiser's batik kits are designed exclusively by our founders. These painting kits are available through the company's website, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, the San Francisco Museum of Art, the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textile and at craft fairs throughout the Bay Area.
