Colore Bulgaria Ltd is the Bulgarian manufacturing hub of Colore UK LTD, a young, energetic and fast growing British company. The company’s Head Office is located in Richards Castle, 5 kilometres south of Ludlow. Colore UK has grown rapidly from a two men company to a market leading clothing manufacturer, serving the major European retailers. Karlovo is a regional centre conveniently situated near the major motorway linking Sofia to the Black Sea ports. The Hub also provides convenient links to the road systems into Turkey and Romania. It encompasses the management skills to control satellite production units and to coordinate the storage and distribution capabilities necessary to deliver a Europe wide logistics service. Production in Colore Bulgaria commenced in 2005. Today output in excess of 40.000 garments per month is managed through a sophisticated manufacturing, a cutting facility, a samples room, a sewing factory facility logistics and communication infrastructure which is subject to a continuous development programme. Dedicated communication systems are supported by leading edge control software to link with other Hubs, the UK headquarters and to facilitate EDI links with customers. Substantial hanging garment, palletised and boxed product storage and a range of specialist finishing services, including a local laundry facility, ensures that the Bulgarian Hub can provide an unequalled level of support for the region and service for the customer.
