Our core business activity is with various federal government agencies which currently include the following: • General Services Administration • U.S. State Department – Harry S. Truman Building • Smithsonian Institution (IDIQ - Historical Museums) • Department of the Army – (Blanket Order Agreement- BOA) • National Guard Bureau Columbia has successfully completed over 100 projects for various federal government agencies, including projects requiring design/build services. Our work has included new construction, commercial interior office suite build-outs, retail, historical renovations, electrical and fire alarm system upgrades, sprinkler system modifications, window replacement, lead and asbestos abatement and structural repairs and modifications. Prime contract values for these federal government projects have ranged from $5,000.00 - $5M with many projects performed simultaneously.
