Roanoke Column Stage, LLC

In 2016, the endangered neo-classical structure with doric columns sitting vacant for decades in downtown Roanoke, Virginia caught the eye of a few investors keen on rescuing a historic building well-suited for conversion to a live music venue with supporting restaurant and bar. The architectural and construction project in excess of $1M USD was completed in 2018 and features a 30 m2 / 330 ft2 stage with professional sound and lights. The 709 m2 / 7633 ft2 building includes main and mezzanine levels upstairs and on the downstairs level a commercial kitchen, green room, offices and additional restrooms. The company is seeking tenants or new owners (LLC, property and equipment).
