Com'On Europe is the European Platform of Participatory Budgeting for Youth under creation by seven European Youth Capital cities. Supported by Erasmus+. The GOAL of this project is to create an open source framework for European cities in implementing participatory budgeting processes, which address young people not just as creators and initiators but also as decision makers themselves and a platform for cooperation between cities which applied similar processes or are willing to apply it in the near future.
