Comali Foods is dedicated to bringing the best tasting and most authentic Hispanic foods to your table. Great flavor and authenticity is assured by our use of traditional/natural ingredients and cooking methods that have been passed down for generations. What makes our products so special is our use of the retort packaging process that allows us to produce foods that don’t need refrigeration or freezing and therefore avoid the flavor loss associated with keeping foods frozen for extended periods of time. The retort process uses a combination of heat and pressure to “sterilize” the foods, which are sealed in special pouches similar to military MRE’s (but ours taste a lot better :) ). The fact that our products do not need any refrigeration and have a 1 year expiration means that you can enjoy them practically anywhere (home, work, RV, dorm, boat, etc…). All you need to prepare one of our delicious foods items is about 90 seconds and a microwave. And the fact that our products are all natural and healthy means that you can enjoy them without any guilt.
