COMAS Real Estate is a company with vocation of service, designed to advise and to give support to all kinds of real-estate operations. We are a group operating since 1989, which give us the necessary experience to know the market and the specific problematic of all real estate actions. Our team has the dynamism and the illusion to bring things to satisfactory conclusion. The human factor is the base of the success of any initiative. We are a team of professionals with hight level of preparation and a constant training. This team is composed of an agent registrered on the register of the real estate property, a property administrador, a technician in tourism management and administration and a motivated commercial team. We are specialized in new real estate and second hand advice and in the creation and development of new real estate projects. Throughout of our history, we participated actively with important real estate groups like: The board of directors of the Association of the Real-estate agents (API) of Girona, the board of directors of The Guild of Promoters and Builders of Girona, the board of directors of the Tourist Board of the Costa Brava, member of the Girona's Commerce Chamber. On the other hand, we also collaborate in social and cultural projects, allocating every year a part of our budget for this purpose.
