Comedy Republic is a unique theatre and bar - created for comedy, by comedians. Our stage is home to stand up, sketch, improv, live podcasts, plays, storytelling and so much more.
Upstairs sits a bespoke theatre, purpose-built for comedy. The mid-size space is small enough to elevate emerging creatives’ work, yet large enough for intimate evenings with the biggest names in comedy.
Since opening in 2020, we've welcomed over 300 comedians to the stage, including Rhys Nicholson, Celia Pacquola, Denise Scott, Flo & Joan, Geraldine Hickey, Phil Wang, Fern Brady, Claire Hooper, Joel Creasey and Dilruk Jayasinha to name a handful.
