COMEL was founded in 1979 by 7 partners who took over a previous production activity that was already operating in the field of building the first, pioneering molds for EPS. Having always privileged, in our path of growth, technological innovation and active collaboration with Customers in order to find together the best answer to their requests, what distinguishes us is giving special solutions to even very complex molds in every field of application. These aspects, as well as the strong international vocation and passion for this work, are our strengths and values that have always accompanied us and will be a guide for the future, with the conviction that this is, together with our many years of experience, the only way to maintain excellence in the sector and to achieve ever better results in terms of reliability and quality. Another important aspect that characterizes us is our flexibility, which combined with our company size as well as our technical ability, allows us to cope with requests for large quantities of molds simultaneously, giving reasonable delivery times. In fact, Customer satisfaction is our mainstay, starting with understanding their needs, so much so that it has enabled us to build long-term relationships with Customers all over the world. This makes us proud to spread our Made in Italy throughout the world, now in well over 50 countries. Today we produce Aluminum molds for both EPS and EPP products and many other expandable materials (including biodegradables) for a wide variety of sectors such as construction, packaging, Automotive, HAVC, Sports, and Agriculture. We can also make efficient Automated molds, with technology such as Sandwich, Monoblock, Thermoforming molds, as well as different types of Surface Treatments. In addition, the equipment in our workshop is continuously improved, to better meet new requirements.
