Comfort Group Ltd

Comfort Group leads a group of enterprises operating in the construction sector and a number of real estate investment projects. All the enterpises are leaders in their respective specialized markets. The history of the group began in 1995 with the foundation of the "Cenitec" company. Between 1995 and 1999 the company focused on the sale of household appliances and other projects together with the "Foxtrot" company. 1999 was an impotant year for the company for that was the year LLC "Comfort-Service" was fonded. The company's activity was expanded to include construction, instalation of climate control systems and production of windows and doors. Construction services were provided under the "Comfortbud" brand, production of windows and doors - under "Svit Komfortu" brand, while for the instalation of climat control systems we used "Comfort-Service". In 2004 the parent company was renamed to "Comfort-Invest". "Svit Komfortu" was sold while construction and climat-control activities were separated into the Open Join-Stock Company "Comfortbud" and Open Join-Stock Company "Comfort-Service" respectively. Latter "Comfort-Invest" became real estate development company, while a new purely holding company LLC "Comfort Group" was established in 2005.
