آزمایشگاه سامانههای پردازش هوشمند رایانهای (سپهر) در بهار سال 1395 با مدیریت و سرپرستی جناب آقای دکتر محمدرضا فیضی درخشی، دانشیار گروه مهندسی کامپیوتر دانشگاه تبریز، و همکاری دانشکده مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر دانشگاه تبریز شروع به فعالیت نمود. آزمایشگاه با هدف تجمیع و افزایش بهرهوری پایاننامههای مقاطع مختلف دانشگاهی و همچنین دستیابی به راهحلهایی برای رفع مشکلات صنعت کشور بنا نهاده شده است. اعضای اصلی آزمایشگاه دانشجوهای برتر دکتری، کارشناسی ارشد و کارشناسی دانشگاه تبریز میباشد که به صورت مداوم مشغول به فعالیت هستند
